What you'll do

• Revenue Growth & Market Development: Achieve territory sales and profitability targets, increase market share, identify new business opportunities
• Customer & Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and key accounts to generate repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead & Enquiry Management: Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of enquiries, track sales opportunities, and leverage digital tools for effective lead management
• Territory Operations & Governance: Maintain territory discipline, address channel conflicts, ensure adherence to company policies
• Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
