Area Manager - Sales (Trade)

About the role

Looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to drive sales growth for its Switch & Switchgears business across Haryana. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in General Trade and Distribution Sales, with a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and expanding channel networks.

What you'll do

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the assigned region
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market share
• Manage and strengthen the General Trade and Distribution network
• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6–8 sales professionals
