Area Operations Manager - Nagpur

About the role

The Area Operations Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end operational performance of a defined cluster of non-metro locations within the Branch geography. The role oversees multiple Service Centres, Business Development Offices (BDOs), RSP / partner-supported locations and customer-facing counters, ensuring consistent service delivery, workforce productivity, operating discipline and customer experience across the Area.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Pickup / delivery SLA achievement across Area locations
• FAD, NDR, ageing and service-exception performance
• % Service Centres / BDOs / PUDs meeting defined targets
• Cut-off adherence, on-time dispatch / connection performance

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
