About the role

The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Store Support & Operations:-
• Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements
• Support SIS Staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills
• Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager
• Ensure VM standards are implemented consistently across all SIS
