About the role

Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and fabricator networks across Chhattisgarh. Graduate Engineer and/or MBA from a reputed institution. 8 to 10 years of sales experience within building materials, construction products, architectural solutions, or related industries. Proven experience managing architects, consultants, fabricators, dealers, and distributors.

What you'll do

• Lead growth in a high-potential Chhattisgarh market
• Build strong architect and channel partner networks
• Achieve territory-wise retail sales, revenue, and growth targets
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers, and key influencers
• Generate specifications and influence project decisions during the design stage
