About the role

Graduate Engineer and/or MBA qualification. 8-10 years of experience in premium building materials sales. Experience selling products such as windows, doors, façades, tiles, architectural hardware, sanitary-ware, or related categories. Proven consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.

What you'll do

• Drive growth in the premium building materials sector
• Build strong partnerships with architects and channel networks
• Achieve retail sales targets across the assigned territory through dealers, fabricators, and channel partners
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, and key project influencers
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and design consultations
