Area Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket | Aurangabad

About the role

The role is responsible for driving market development, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities across the ProCare and Collision Repair segments within the assigned territory. The incumbent will focus on improving market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective execution of sales and service initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market coverage and customer reach
• Identify, acquire, and manage new business opportunities within the ProCare and Collision Repair segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with body shops, workshops, dealers, fleet operators, and other key channel partners
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure customer engagement and business development
• Promote company products, solutions, and value-added services to customers
