About the role

Role Purpose Build and scale the on-highway filters business by developing a strong distributor and retailer channel, creating sustained demand through mechanic engagement, and delivering monthly sales, collection and market-coverage targets.

What you'll do

• Own monthly sales, secondary sales, collection and distributor-stock targets for the assigned territory
• Identify, appoint, activate and develop capable distributors for on-highway filters
• Build productive retailer coverage across truck, bus, LCV and fleet-service clusters
• Drive mechanic-led demand generation through regular garage visits, mechanic meets, loyalty/engagement programmes, product demonstrations and fitment awareness
• Ensure distributor and retailer stocks are healthy across the priority filter range; prevent stock-outs of fast-moving SKUs
