About the role

The role involves recommending banking solutions, assessing commercial opportunities, evaluating customer viability and contributing to decisions that support portfolio growth, profitability and business development objectives. Build, manage, and grow the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within the assigned geography/location.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop business opportunities through consultative engagement, market assessment and customer suitability evaluation
• Build, manage, and grow the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within the assigned geography/location
• Drive acquisition of LAP business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), Branch Banking channels, and other sourcing channels
• Achieve assigned disbursement, portfolio growth, and revenue targets for the LAP business
• Develop and manage relationships with sourcing partners, DSAs, DSTs, and branch stakeholders to drive business growth
