About the role

Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and KPIs, and driving them to achieve and exceed their sales goals. Lead by example in acquiring new clients in the large corporate sector, identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and KPIs, and driving them to achieve and exceed their sales goals
• Lead by example in acquiring new clients in the large corporate sector, identifying prospects, and converting them into valuable business relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored financial solutions
• Ensure the achievement of budgetary targets, including Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size, while continuously seeking opportunities for growth
• Manage and coach the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to maximize team productivity and results
