About the role

The Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Securities (LAS) is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned geography through acquisition and management of LAS business. The role involves leading sales teams, developing sourcing channels, managing key stakeholder relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and delivering business objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

What you'll do

• Achieve Area-level business, disbursement, portfolio growth, and ENR targets for LAS
• Lead, manage, coach, and monitor Sales Managers and Direct Officers to drive business performance
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and development of SMs and D0s
• Drive sourcing through Branch Banking, Wealth, Relationship Managers, and other internal channels
• Develop and strengthen sourcing channels and stakeholder relationships across the assigned geography
