About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive business growth, expand market share, and strengthen our merchant distribution network. The role involves leading a large sales team, driving EDC/POS device deployment, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned geography.

What you'll do

• 🔹 Drive business growth, distribution expansion, and market share in the assigned region
• 🔹 Increase EDC/POS device deployment, product sales, and market visibility
• 🔹 Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives
• 🔹 Plan market potential, geographical coverage, and territory allocation for Area Sales Managers (ASMs)
• 🔹 Communicate business plans, targets, and strategies effectively to minimize gaps between expectations and actual performance
