Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving significant growth within your designated region.

What you'll do

• Develop account-by-account strategies aligned with the regional sales plan to ensure superior customer service and achieve specific sales and market share objectives
• Cultivate robust relationships with Healthcare Professionals, hospital management, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans, targets, forecasts, and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure overall business efficiency
• Achieve sales plan targets and profitability objectives for the region
• Establish a monitoring system to ensure compliance with the sales plan regarding volume, price, and value objectives for products
