About the role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Lucknow and nearby regions.

What you'll do

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers
  • Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution
  • Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
