Area Sales Manager

About the role

Strategies on scaling up of products under the Division - Loan against Securities. Regular interaction with internal stakeholders – Wealth Managers, Branches, referrals, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Operations etc. Monitor client exposure, Single Borrowing & Group Borrowing Limits, loan to value, deviation, portfolio & concentration risk across scrip, sector, asset class etc, ensure strong asset quality with controlled delinquency and risk metrics.

What you'll do

• Achieve LAS business disbursement and revenue targets for the assigned region
• Drive customer acquisition and increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with strong portfolio health and low delinquency
• Strengthen relationships with RMs, channel partners, and existing clients
• Improve customer experience through timely processing and prompt issue resolution
