About the role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business in your assigned territory by building strong channel partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering exceptional business results. As an Area Sales Manager, you will take charge of your region and help expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business.

What you'll do

• Lead sales operations across your assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of volume, revenue, and market share targets
• Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network, building long-term partnerships and enhancing loyalty to the Goodyear brand
• Drive demand generation through trade marketing initiatives, consumer promotions, and market-specific campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Ensure the successful implementation of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines
