Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the cement industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer and distributor networks, developing new markets, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and contractors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements
• Conduct regular market visits and support channel partners in increasing sales
• Implement promotional schemes, marketing activities, and brand-building initiatives
• Monitor dealer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of dues
