About the role

Ensure achievement of sales targets and take measures to increase the market share/sales targets. Maintain cordial relations with Real estate, dealers, construction companies, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention. Monitor the fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive/corrective measures

What you'll do

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and take measures to increase the market share/sales targets
• Maintain cordial relations with Real estate, dealers, construction companies, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention
• Monitor the fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive/corrective measures
• Generate new leads periodically, ensure regular pitching to them on existing & upcoming products
• Execute weekly plan & map existing territories. Identify new territories to maximize sales in the region
