About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to drive sales and market development for our TMT steel products in Guwahati and the assigned territory. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the dealer/distributor network, generating secondary sales, developing new business opportunities, managing collections, and strengthening relationships with contractors, builders, fabricators, engineers, and other key market influencers.

What you'll do

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans for TMT products
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop untapped markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
