About the role

The Area Sales Team Leader – Diagnostics is responsible for driving sales strategy execution, managing the sales team, and ensuring achievement of financial and business targets in the designated area (Tamil Naidu & Kerala). The role focuses on customer development, cross-functional coordination, and strengthening team capabilities to deliver sustained growth.

  • Define and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Drive and monitor targeted customer development programs; design and execute customer-specific strategies
  • Own Sales targets and lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual objectives
  • Collaborate with other sales and business verticals to enhance customer management and drive integrated growth
  • Drive the sales team to Implement GTM strategies to ensure optimal market coverage and improved sales efficiency
