About the role

Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel Responsible and accountable for service deliverables Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary Control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services

What you'll do

• Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues
• Responsible and accountable for service deliverables
• Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary
• Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given
• Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
