About the role

As an Area Service Manager at IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in achieving our technical and revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our AMC battery and retrofit businesses, while also bringing on new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

What you'll do

Play a crucial role in achieving our technical and revenue targets
Lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Develop and implement strategies to achieve technical service and revenue goals
Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers, focusing on AMC battery and retrofit services
