Area Service Manager

About the role

Frontline role handling Service centers directly. Monitors service quality and coaches service centers to achieve desired service levels. This position is directly responsible for the overall customer service operations for all products manufactured/marketed by Luminous Power Technologies Ltd in the given area.

What you'll do

• Ensure to give best-in-class service to customer through: ASP (Authorized Service Provider) / ASC (Authorized Service Center) /
• Ensure Key Service Deliveries like TAT, Customer NPS, Customer satisfaction, Productivity are met consistently
• Monitor the performance of service centers with strong periodic review mechanism
• Ensure to manage service center inventory as per MSL & credit limits across all service centers
• Ensure to generate service revenue through AMC Sale, SPD Sale & Accessory Sale

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Solar
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
