About the role

We're looking for a bold, visionary Art Director to lead creative direction across digital learning, media, and next-gen technologies. This role blends hands-on visual design with strategic leadership—mentoring designers, building design standards, and shaping learner-centric, immersive learning experiences.

What you'll do

• Define the visual direction of digital learning solutions across WBTs, ILTs, videos, microlearning, simulations, infographics
• Design high-quality visual assets: UI/UX, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive content
• Mentor and grow a team of designers; build design standards and scale team capability through coaching and feedback
• Lead creative strategy in client interactions, including workshops and early solutioning discussions; present and defend creative rationale to clients and internal teams
• Use AI and automation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Kling AI, Google AI Studio, etc.) to speed concept development, prototyping, and production
