Artwork Planner – Consumer Health (APAC, Middle East & India)

About the role

As an Artwork Planner based in India , you will lead and execute the end-to-end artwork supply chain across APAC, Middle East, and India . You will act as the single point of accountability orchestrating projects across Commercial/Brand teams, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Packaging Development, Pre-press Agencies, and Global/Regional Manufacturing Sites (including Contract Manufacturing Organizations).

What you'll do

• Cross-Regional Project Direction: Lead multi-functional project teams across multiple time zones on Artwork delivery meeting critical milestones
• Mobilize contingency actions with agencies, regulatory teams, and printers to secure on-time delivery of approved artwork without compromising compliance
• Ownership & Systemic Thinking
• End-to-End Supply Chain Integration: Connect the dots across the entire product lifecycle—understanding how an upstream regulatory change impacts technical line trials
• Continuous Systemic Improvement: Eliminate process inefficiencies using standard problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, CAPA)
