Own the complete customer journey from eye examination to prescription accuracy to product recommendation and purchase, delivering excellent clinical experience while achieving individual sales and productivity targets. Conduct accurate and comprehensive eye examinations as per 14 Step SOP. Ensure correct refraction, prescription and documentation.
