• Data analytics & insight generation: Creating & updating AP UP scorecards and dashboards, monitoring global dashboards
• Analyzing results from People survey, BLISS survey, pulse checks and sharing key insights that inform the AP UP strategy
• Communication for outreach & updates: Planning & executing AP UP communications plan
