About the role

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the Retail Unsecured Salaried business in Tirupati. The role will be responsible for achieving sales and disbursement targets, managing the sales team, acquiring salaried customers, developing the local market, and ensuring quality business in line with company policies.

What you'll do

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets for the assigned area
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets
• Drive acquisition of salaried customers through direct sales, corporate tie-ups, references, and market activities
• Identify and develop relationships with companies, institutions, and organizations to generate quality leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key market stakeholders
