What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the field service team's performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Achieve service targets and expand the market
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Drive multiple tasks assigned to the field service team. i.e. Activation, GMV, Device pickups, Lending & Winback

What you need

• 9–12 years in sales
• Any graduate
