4772-Manager - GTM Enablement

About the role

The Manager, GTM Enablement owns the day-to-day execution of Innovaccer’s GTM readiness programs, from new-hire onboarding and certifications to live enablement sessions, learning platforms, and readiness reporting. The role reports to the Head of GTM Enablement and works closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and GTM Operations.

What you'll do

• Enablement Program Design & Facilitation: Run the weekly virtual enablement sessions that keep the field current on product launches, releases, pricing
• Compliance & Required Training: Deliver and track customer-mandated and company-required training for customer-facing employees
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and a comfort with data. You can build a tracker, pull a report, and explain what it means
• Clear written communication. You can turn a product update into a recap or learning path a seller will actually use
