About the role

Role = Oversee production, fabrication, and assembly of automation components. Ensure resource efficiency, quality compliance, and process optimization. Lead teams to meet timelines while adhering to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Production Management – Oversee fabrication, Production and assembly of automation components to ensure timely delivery
• Machine Utilization – Optimize performance of plasma, laser, bending, and drilling machines for efficiency
• Quality Assurance – Maintain zero-defect standards in fabrication, welding, and machining
• Process Optimization – Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation techniques
• Material & Cost Control – Reduce waste and optimize material usage

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Fabrication
• Lean manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• Preventive maintenance
• Welding
• Machining
• B.Tech or B.E.
