Assistant (Academic Administration)

About the role

The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.

What you'll do

• Handle day-to-day operations across academics, admissions, examinations and coordination activities
• Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports and MIS using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Support internal departments through effective coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain records, documentation, and data accurately
• Assist in general office administration and operational tasks as required
