Assistant Accountant Job

About the role

You will assist the finance department, accountants and management with the routine and not-so-routine: bookkeeping, reconciliations, reports and the month-end rhythm the whole firm depends on. The seat is also the training ground for the firm’s finance leadership — controllers here started exactly where you would sit, learning the engagement billing model from the entries upward.

What you'll do

• Assist the finance department, accountants and management with the routine and not-so-routine: bookkeeping, reconciliations
• Create financial documents — invoices, bills, and payable/receivable entries — accurately and on schedule
• Support payroll administration: inputs verified, variances flagged, records maintained
• Use: Tally Prime or Zoho Books-class stack, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Banking portals and statement exports, Payroll input templates
