Assistant (Accounts)

About the role

The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, While supporting faculty, staff, and students.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day operations across accounts
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for administrative and academic requirements
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions (NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, etc.)
• Facilitate scheduling, verification, and coordination
• Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• MIS reporting
• Audit
• Regulatory affairs
• Any graduate
