Assistant (Admissions)

About the role

The Assistant – Admissions will provide administrative and operational support for admission-related activities, coordinate with Learning Centres (LCs), Information Centres (ICs), the Sales Team and the Central Admissions Department, and ensure timely and accurate processing and maintenance of admission records and data.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Sales Team and centres for admission-related information, updates, and guidelines
• Assist in resolving admission-related queries and coordinate with the Central Admissions Department as required
• Follow up with centres for timely submission of admission forms and supporting documents
• Maintain and update admission records, forms, and supporting documents
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of admission data in University systems
