Assistant Area Sales Manager(Andhra Pradesh)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager – Modern Trade to manage and grow across andhra Pradesh. The role requires strong business acumen, relationship management, execution excellence, and an in-depth understanding of the Modern Trade ecosystem within the Food/FMCG industry.

What you'll do

• Manage and drive business across assigned Modern Trade chains including Reliance Retail, DMart, More Retail, Spencer’s, Star Bazaar, Lulu etc
• Drive achievement of sales KPIs including primary sales, secondary sales, range selling, visibility, and off-take growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, distributors, and store teams
• Ensure effective execution of promotions, activations, visibility campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and new product launches
• Drive distribution expansion and improve product availability across Modern Trade outlets in the assigned region
