This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, managing customer service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of banking operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC
