About the role

Responsible for coordinating nursing activities, supervising ICU staff, managing critically ill patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, patient safety goals, infection prevention protocols, medication management standards, and quality improvement initiatives while supporting staff development and organizational objectives.

• Provide clinical and operational leadership within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) by ensuring safe, evidence-based, patient-centered critical care services
