What you'll do

• Conduct and supervise comprehensive patient assessment, including vital signs, clinical symptoms, pain, nutrition, mobility, and risk assessment
• Ensure development, implementation, and regular evaluation of individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor patients for changes in clinical condition and ensure timely escalation to the treating physician and senior nursing team
• Supervise medication administration, including correct drug, dose, route, timing, documentation, and monitoring for adverse reactions
• Ensure safe management of IV therapy, blood transfusion, oxygen therapy, drains, catheters, feeding tubes, and other clinical interventions
