Assistant Consultant - Project Administration

About the role

WSP has a new opportunity for an Assistant Consultant – Project Administration to join our Remediation Program Management team in India, based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Noida. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery, proposal development, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and client-service activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to support successful project execution
• Support proposal development activities, including coordinating submissions, gathering content, tracking deadlines, and preparing final proposal packages
• Assist Project Managers with project setup, tender documents, tracking financial performance, progress payments, change orders, invoice support, and document control
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project correspondence, reports, and client deliverables
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders to help maintain project momentum and communication
