Assistant/Deputy Manager - Wind Procurement

About the role

B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline. MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management will be an added advantage. 7 to 12 years in procurement / SCM / contracts, preferably in wind energy Proficient in SAP PO Creation, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Comfortable managing multiple packages and deadlines simultaneously.

What you'll do

• Manage procurement activities for wind energy projects
• Support negotiations for cost optimisation, better payment terms, delivery commitments, and warranty support
• Coordinate with legal and contracts teams for closure of key commercial terms including LD, warranty, bank guarantees, payment milestones, and delivery terms
• Prepare MIS reports on procurement status, cost savings, delivery risks, and critical spares availability
