Assistant Director – Business Training

About the role

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end process training strategy and execution for one of the strategic business verticals at Access Healthcare Services. The Assistant Director will lead a team of process trainers and supervisors based in Chennai. This is a work-from-office role focused on driving training effectiveness, operational readiness, and alignment with business goals.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance training curricula using instructor-led, CBT, and multimedia learning solutions to meet business objectives and learner needs
• Collaborate with business units and internal/external SMEs to develop learning programs aligned to organizational competencies and strategic goals
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify capability gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives, including refresher training, BQ programs
• Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis and reporting, providing weekly dashboards and management insights to the Chief Delivery Officer and Vice President…
• Participate in projects as directed by CDO or VP – Training
