Assistant Director - Total Rewards Analytics

About the role

You are expected to support the Total Rewards portfolio for specific businesses along with Benefits, wellness and Policies portfolio for GDS India Activities. You will act as the core analytical anchor for the Annual Reward cycle budgeting, benchmarking, and review process, leveraging predictive modelling and workforce analytics to drive strategy.

What you'll do

• Effectively partner with other Talent teams and business clients to manage, consult on compensation and benefit-related issues
• Be accountable to build and tap existing networks for sources of Market intelligence
• Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness and trend purposes
• Ensure deep dive analysis, ROI of all compensation interventions
• Build compensation dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports
