Assistant Executive Housekeeper

About the role

Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry operations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with brand standards and other regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and consistency
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning
• Oversee inventory control, linen management, amenities, and housekeeping equipment
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences

What you need
