Assistant Finance Controller

About the role

The role will provide financial and compliance insights for decision-making, oversee core finance and accounting activities, and help ensure that the Indian legal entity meets its reporting, audit, tax, and statutory obligations.

What you'll do

• Oversee finance, accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance for the Indian legal entity, maintaining accurate records, effective controls
• Safeguard and enhance the company's financial health and operating margins through vigilant oversight and strategic initiatives
• Deliver pivotal financial insights and commercial acumen to the leadership team, influencing key decisions and driving the company's financial strategy
• Steer the organization through its expansion phase with sound financial and legal judgment, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance
• Define and monitor financial and operational KPIs, compare actual performance with budgets, forecasts, and targets
