About the role

Support procurement activities for New Product Development (NPD), product launches, trials, and R&D projects. Understand project requirements, material specifications, quantities, target costs, and required delivery timelines from R&D/NPD teams. Identify suitable suppliers and coordinate with existing and new vendors for timely sourcing of required materials and components.

What you'll do

• Support procurement activities for New Product Development (NPD), product launches, trials, and R&D projects
• Identify suitable suppliers and coordinate with existing and new vendors for timely sourcing of required materials and components
• Ensure timely creation and release of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documents
• Follow up proactively with suppliers to avoid delays in samples, prototypes, components, raw materials, tools, and other development requirements
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Stores, Production, and other stakeholders regarding material status and delivery requirements
