What you'll do

• Strategic Planning & Program Design
• Identify thematic priorities, assess community needs, and design high-impact CSR interventions
• Formulate annual CSR plans and budgets aligned with the CSR Policy and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. Program Execution & Impact
• Lead implementation of CSR projects through in-house teams, and implementing partners including NGOs
• Ensure robust monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment frameworks for all CSR initiatives

What you need
