Assistant General Manager, Mechanical Engineering

About the role

The position leads the planning, design, development, and lifecycle management of mechanical systems and equipment supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role applies engineering research, design principles, and testing methodologies to develop reliable, compliant, and efficient mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and utility systems.

What you'll do

• Research, plan, and design mechanical systems and equipment for pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Lead engineering design and development of mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, and utility systems
• Oversee equipment design, installation, testing, and operational performance
• Ensure mechanical system reliability, efficiency, and safety during operations
• Apply engineering principles to energy transmission, heat transfer, and fluid systems
