Senior Manager – TPA (Third Party Administration)
What you'll do
- Manage TPA operations, insurance claims, and cashless hospitalization processes
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, corporate clients, and hospital departments
- Ensure timely pre-authorizations, claim submissions, approvals, and settlements
- Monitor claim rejections, denials, and outstanding payments
- Lead the TPA team and ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines
