What you'll do

• Drive business growth by increasing wallet share across assigned partners and ensuring consistent engagement
• Focus on generating profitable business with quality submissions and strong persistency
• Conduct regular training and knowledge sessions for partner sales teams on products, sales processes, and market updates
• Provide on-ground sales support through joint fieldwork and customer meetings to improve conversion and productivity
• Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and maintain strong service standards
